*Chamber dues are on a sliding scale based on the number of owners/employees in a business. For a business with one to four employees, the annual dues are $309.
Four Resources to Help Ensure Your Success
For more than 100 years, the Eugene Area Chamber of Commerce has been committed to serving small and entrepreneurial firms in the Eugene/Springfield area. The staff and leaders of the Chamber also recognize that running a small business can be one of the most challenging and rewarding jobs that exist today. In addition to being CEO, small-business owners frequently wear many hats, including finance manager, human resource director, salesperson, marketing coordinator, product development specialist, technology professional, receptionist, janitor and more.
There’s plenty of assistance available to help these small businesses succeed!
Connect to your peers...Other business leaders can provide insights and advice based on their own experiences. People can attend business meetings and events to stay connected with other leaders, check the Chamber's Web site to see if there’s a peer or industry group that may be of interest, or call the Chamber, 541/484-1314, to help identify other leaders who may be helpful resources.
Attend a business seminar…There are a host of seminars that address key business topics held by the Chamber and other associations and organizations. Many of these meetings range from 60-90 minutes, which makes them easy to fit into a busy schedule. A list of upcoming events can be found on the Chamber's Web site
Small business counseling, consultants and mentoring…There are a variety of resources available that offer business counseling or mentoring including SCORE-Counselors to America’s Small Business, which provides free services, business consultants that offer expertise for a fee (see Chamber directory), the Small Business Development Center and Chamber groups comprised of business leaders that mentor one another such as Women Business Leaders
and the Latino Business Network
Connect to resources or programs that can help…To connect to a resource or identify if there is a program specific to your needs, contact the Chamber or visit the Business Resource Directory. The Chamber has knowledgeable staff members who interact with area businesses on a daily basis and the Business Resource Directory lists a host of regional small business resources. Bankers, accountants,attorneys or other service professionals are also great resources.
Specialized Groups Help You Succeed
Making it in business can be difficult, especially without access to valuable resources that businesses and professionals need to succeed. The Eugene Area Chamber of Commerce has created specialized networks tailored to meet the unique needs of several groups within the business community to help ensure their success.
Young Professionals Network
The Young Professionals Network (YPN) was founded in 2004 in response to the growing economic importance of young, college-educated professionals in the area.
Latino Business Network
Recognizing the importance of the Latino community in the area, the Chamber formed the Latino Business Network (LBN) in 2006. The group exists to promote the success of Latino owned and/or managed businesses, with services in Spanish and English.
Women Business Leaders
More of a peer group designed to support business development than networking, the Women Business Leaders (WBL) was founded in 2005.

Greeters
The Chamber’s Greeters group holds weekly breakfast meetings every Friday morning. Enjoy informal networking, door prizes and fun.
